I just love it when a simple plan comes together.
Our vanity area needs upgrading.
{Our whole master bath needs a gutting.}
because Plan A= not in the budget right now.
Plan B = "operation phase 1".
Which is simply means:
"What can we do now with paint and creativity?"
And so, we did, and I really love the results.
Simple, clean and fresh...with a little flair.
My big "wow" factor was this gorgous chandelier I
purchased about a year ago at a little second hand store.
This is the old fixture {before}.
The way the vanity looked {before}.
We removed the standard mirror and added a floor length beveled mirror for drama.
I painted the mirror white to give it a soft hue, with gilded accents coming through.
We removed the wallpaper. {read about that here.}
Painted with the gorgeous Dunn Edwards Exclusive Ivory.
Painted the oak vanity to match the white tile.
Flowers from the garden...
This is the view from the bedroom!
Perfect for getting ready for the big dance...
so pretty
