Brass Bowl Containers-Sparkle for Holidays

A little green goes a long way to make a home feel cozy.
But if you are like me and you can have a tendency
to forget the water until it is too late, then succulents are the perfect solution.
Planting succulents in a container that reflects the seasons
is an easy way to update your decor.
These brass bowls were picked up at an estate sale for $2....
Succulent cutting--free {from my mom's existing plant}.
A little dirt....
And pretty pebbles as a top cover.

 And you're done!
A beautiful and practical solution for adding shine
and green to your home.

A little water will go a long way with these plants.

Here is another bowl with a different type of succulent.
Pretty in any setting.
These smaller Japanese tea cups make great mini-planters.
Great gift ideas for the holidays.

  2. I am just learning to appreciate succulents, ..I made a large bowl of them from my sisters garden after she passed away...this is kind of a little memorial to her and it is always so darn pretty with all kinds of little blooms...I love what you have done with these easy care little beauties...
